Retail partner terms

Moondog Soap Works is currently focused on wholesale retail partnerships. We are not offering open consignment placements at this time.
Who this is for
Independent barber shops, apothecaries, boutiques, and specialty retailers who want a soap line that does the talking for itself. We're not looking for big box placement. We're looking for shops where the owner actually cares what's on the shelf.
Wholesale terms
- Minimum order
- 100 bars, any approved SKU mix
- Pricing
- Wholesale pricing by inquiry, for approved retail accounts
- Lead time
- 8–12 weeks standard; Selene's Dream may require 12–14 weeks
- First order
- Prepaid
- Established accounts
- After 3 completed wholesale orders, approved accounts may qualify for deposit-based ordering, balance due before delivery or pickup
- Retail pricing
- Sold at approved retail pricing. No discounting, clearance pricing, bundling, or online resale without written approval
What you get
- Product information cards, one per SKU, ingredient-forward and print-ready
- A self-calculating inventory sheet: log deliveries and sales, and it shows your stock, profit, and exactly when to reorder so the 8–12 week lead time never catches you out
- Direct contact with the maker, not a ticketing system
Reseller sample kits
Sample kits are available only for legitimate resale businesses. To qualify, prospective retail partners may be asked to provide:
- Business name
- Storefront, market booth, studio, spa, salon, or resale website
- Reseller permit, business license, or other verification
- Business social media or website
- Intended sales location
Sample kits are intended for product evaluation only and do not guarantee wholesale approval.
Consignment
Consignment may be considered only after an established working relationship has been built. It is not available for first-time accounts. Approved consignment opportunities may be offered after successful wholesale orders, reliable communication, and demonstrated product fit.
International orders
We ship wholesale globally. Lead times extend 2–4 weeks for international orders. First international orders are prepaid. Contact us with your market, volume, and logistics, and we'll build a quote.
Moondog Soap Works retains the right to approve or decline any wholesale, sample, or consignment request.
